Join us at Henny Penny Art Space & Cafe in Savannah, GA for a night of pretty lettering! Whether you’re a stationery nerd, DIY Bride-to-be, or just a crafty individual, in this workshop you’ll be learning an introduction to modern calligraphy with a pointed dip pen and ink. We will cover all the basics and get you ready to add those special lettered details to your snail mail, wedding paper goods, home decor and more! The perfect crafty night out!
Class includes an hour and a half of instruction and demonstration, our beginner’s calligraphy kit (two nibs, black ink pot, two letter guides, tracing paper and straight pen holder), and all materials to write on. Everything is yours to keep at the end of the night!
*Feel free to come early to check in, grab your seat, and order food and drinks (food and drinks available to order throughout class too!). Class will take place during Parent’s Happy Hour, which includes $2 lattes, $2 Lonestar beers and BOGO Mimosas. We will start promptly at 5:00pm!

We are excited to host Natalie Broulette’s book signing for her book How Far?. How Far? is the story of a brave young girl who has adventures around the world: exploring forests, flying with flamingos, seeing a show in the big city, visiting landmarks, museums, bakeries and gardens, all the way back to her mother's arms.
Get hypnotized with our made from scratch cinnamon rolls that look tantalizing even before going in the oven! No getting sleepy here — we've got a full specialty coffee menu to keep you going and house made paninis for lunch. Make sure and check out the bake case for vegan donuts and other fun fare.
Somewhere over the rainbow ... a unicorn hot chocolate waits for you and your little one! And that somewhere is - you guessed it - Henny Penny Cafe. This colorful drink is made with our house made mocha sauce plus steamed whole milk topped with marshmallows and sprinkles. Compliment it with a treat from our bake case and you'll be all set.
Temps are rising outside but they are dropping inside at Henny Penny. Cool off with our affogato - double shot of espresso with a scoop of Leopold's Vanilla Ice Cream. Vegan? We can swap in Leopold's Vegan Coconut Cream for a buck more. Pair it with a treat from our pastry case and you're all set!
